Moreish Puff – Rainbow Candy Drops, Apple Mango Sherbet, Sweet Popcorn

Just a few weeks ago, I received a nice comment from Terry at Moreish Puff here on the blog. I thanked him, one thing led to another, and just this week more than a few samples landed on my doorstep! He was keen to get his product out there for reviewers like me to critique, and I was super happy to oblige!

I’ve selected three for this weeks post, and have a few more flavours to follow up with in a later blog post.

So, lets get our vape on and give them a whirl!

A PRE-REVIEW TIME SAVING COMMENT!

I’ll say this once at the beginning to save repeating myself. 

These Moreish Puff juices are all full-on flavours! Honestly, I’ve rarely come across a range that is so, generous, with it’s flavour strength. These are NO shrinking violets, and I defy anyone who tastes these to argue otherwise.

RAINBOW CANDY DROPS

This is a very, very popular flavour, and has been so for quite a while in the vape community. Rainbow flavoured candy liquid.

Yup. Skittles.

And Rainbow Candy Drops hits all the right notes re-creating this “Rainbow of Fruit Flavours” – The underlying depth of berries, the fruitiness of strawberry and the top-notes of orange and lemon citrus. It’s all there.

This fruit burst is akin to the fruitful flavour mash-up you do indeed get from the real deal!

Also, this juice has a ‘sweet candy’ base flavour. It’s that chewy sugary ‘body’ that turns this fruity juice into a true confectionery experience.

If this isn’t one of their star sellers in their whole product range, then I’d be very surprised. It’s a cracker.

Back in the day, I used to LOVE sherbet fountains.

Back when hygiene standards hadn’t been invented, liquorice sticks used to poke out of the paper tube for a hundred other kids and shopkeepers to touch whilst sat on the sweet counter, before you eventually bought it and ate it. Germs and all. It didn’t do us any harm. If anything it built-up our germ resistance. In fact I reckon the withdrawal of this packaging is the root cause of all snowflakeyness today…

Wow, I obviously had something to get off my chest. ANYWAY, Apple Mango Sherbet is giving me a VERY accurate ‘fountain powder’ experience. The citric tartness is there, but it has that key element, the mouthfeel, of proper sherbet. Love it.

Underneath this lungful of nostalgia is a layer of mango and apple. Neither punch through this initial tangy blast with any degree of heavy handedness, they just add their own fruity yet subtle dimensions to the vape. The apple add a litte freshness, the mango a little syrupy fruitiness.

It’s mainly about the Sherbet though.

Again, a delicious vape and one i’m finding hard to put down.

To anyone who has any e-liquid mixing experience, they know that if you roughly want to re-create a popcorn experience, you use Acetyl Pyrazine. It’s potent stuff ( I know, I accidentally spilled a part 10ml bottle on a carpet and the room stank for days and days! ), BUT it’s also a very simplistic interpretation. It tastes a bit rough around the edges, raw, and sometimes a little TOO corny, if you know what I mean. It’s basically a poor mans popcorn used by many lazy juice manufacturers.

Sweet Popcorn by Moreish Puff on the other hand is just ridiculously realistic.

It has a fluffy and light body and mouthfeel, whilst also presenting you with the light golden freshly popped and cooked corn taste.

And this wouldn’t be sweet popcorn without being coated in a fine layer of almost candyfloss-like sugary sweetness.

Grab a bottle of this, watch your favourite movie, and you too can have your own Cineworld experience!

FINAL THOUGHTS

I know by now, after reading my review, that you know I love these liquids by Moreish Puff.

No word of a lie, they are all full on flavours that deliver exactly what you are paying good money for. In fact they represent great value for money, and are probably the most consistently good e-liquids I’ve tried in quite a while.

Don’t think twice about it, just get some and see for yourself!
